1. Subscription Agreement:

   Eco Fresh Toile offers a month to month, 3-month, 6-month and 12-month subscription option. By subscribing to one of Eco Fresh Toile LLC’s diaper subscriptions or month to month service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
   
   

2. Subscription Details:

   All subscriptions and month to month service will include a supply of cloth all-in-one diapers with inserts (customer should expect to always have roughly 84 of both) these will be delivered/exchanged weekly, laundry bag(s) exchanged weekly, and 1 diaper pail delivered at start of service.
   
   

3. Cancellation Policy:

   Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.

   If the subscription is canceled before the end of the term, a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be applied. Month to month services is exempt.

   Subscribers are responsible for returning all the diapers and the diaper pail within 10 days of their last scheduled delivery date.

4. Diaper, Insert, Pail, and Laundry Bag Replacement Policy:

• Subscribers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the diapers, inserts, laundry bags, and pails.
• In case of unreturned diapers, a charge of $15.00 per diaper will be applied.
• In the case of unreturned pails, a charge of $100 will be applied.
• If a diaper, laundry bag or insert is damaged due to customer negligence, the customer will be charged a $15 fee per item. Customer is not responsible for monetary reimbursement of damaged diapers due to normal wear and tear.

5. Billing and Payments:

   Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided during the subscription signup.

   Late payments may result in a suspension or termination of the subscription service.
   The total subscription discounted cost will be locked in for the entire duration of the subscription. At the end of the subscription period the rate will return to full price.

   Subscribers will be billed monthly.

   If the subscription is canceled before the end of the term, a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be applied.
   
   

6. Shipping and Delivery:

   Diapers and diaper pails will be delivered to the address provided during the subscription signup process.

   Eco Fresh Toile LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

   If a customer repeatedly fails or misses two consecutive weeks of exchanging their soiled diaper on their scheduled delivery day a $350 fee will be accessed. This fee is to ensure that the diapers are cleaned as regularly scheduled and to protect the soiled diapers. 
   
   

7. Modifications to Subscription:

   Eco Fresh Toile LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription service at any time without notice.

   Subscribers will be notified of any changes to the subscription terms in advance.
   
   

8. Privacy Policy:

   Subscriber information will be collected and used in accordance with Eco Fresh Toile LLC’s Privacy Policy.
   
   

9. Governing Law:

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
